What each price buys

AU$2,200 a month

One campaign, on one list. Month one is heavier than the months after it. Both are the same price.

Month one

  • Your export segmented, with anyone who has a battery, a live quote or an open warranty job taken out.
  • The whole campaign written in one document: emails, SMS, landing page and ad copy. You approve it in one sitting.
  • The landing page built on your branding, with your accreditation and licence numbers.
  • Meta set up, with the hashed customer list uploaded inside your account. Then the first batch out.

Every month after

  • Batches go out on the schedule you approved, sized to what your crews can install, with Meta running alongside.
  • New creative when a subject line or an ad stops working, not on a quarterly cycle.
  • Your list re-cut as you add customers. One call, and a one-page report you can read on a phone.

AU$2,800 a month

Everything on the left, plus cold audiences in your service area.

What prospecting adds

  • Meta campaigns to people who have never bought from you, in the suburbs you service, with lookalikes built from your own converted customers.
  • Separate creative. A stranger needs a different ad to a man whose roof you were on in 2019.
  • Your customers and live enquiries excluded from the cold audience. Same account, same report.

Our advice

Start on AU$2,200 and add prospecting once you can see what your own list does. If you already run cold Meta ads, take AU$2,800 from the start. It takes effect the following month, with nothing to re-sign.

Not included

  • Media spend. The largest number in this arrangement, and not ours.
  • Lead guarantees. No figure, no range, no credit on the retainer. Anyone quoting a lead count off a database he has not seen is guessing.
  • Your compliance obligation, and your consent position. You approve every word, and the legal responsibility for a claim stays with you under the Australian Consumer Law. Consent is your call. We hold the first send until you confirm it.
  • Websites, brand work, logo design, SEO retainers, Google Ads.None of it, at any price. We will tell you who does that.
  • Cold calling, a CRM, or sales training.Enquiries land in your inbox, and our automated first reply goes out within 24 hours with a booking link. Then you take over. If nobody rings the warm leads back, the campaign fails.

Full detail on how we work.

Not for you if

  • You spend under about AU$1,500 a month on ads.The retainer plus a real media budget does not fit.
  • Your customer database is under about 400 records. The campaign does not work at that size.
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads. We do not sell that at any price. Someone will. That is the transaction that went wrong last time.
  • You are outside South Australia.SA only for now. The rebate mechanics are federal but the network rules, tariffs and suburbs are not.

Media spend

You set the budget and pay Meta directly, from your own account. It never passes through us.

You can turn it off yourself at four o'clock on a Friday without asking us. That is what happens when the account is in your name.

We will not print a figure. It depends on your list, how many Meta can match, your service area and whether you run prospecting. We work it out on the call, and if it is more than you want to spend we say so then, not in month two.

If another agency quotes you one all-in figure, ask what portion goes to Meta. We charge a flat retainer and take no percentage of your spend.

The contract

Three months, then month to month on 30 days' notice.

No lock-in past the initial term, no automatic renewal, no exit fee. Three months because month one is setup and the first batch has barely finished by week six. Month to month after that, because a twelve-month lock-in is the second thing the last agency did to you.

Invoiced monthly in advance, in AUD. The first invoice goes out on the day work starts, not the day you sign.

When it ends, your partner access is removed, we delete our working copy of your list and the custom audience comes out of your account. Everything else stays with you. See how we work.

Questions

Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?

No. A flat retainer, the same whether you spend AU$1,000 or AU$10,000 with Meta. A percentage of spend pays an agency to talk you into spending more.

What am I paying for in month one, when nothing has sent yet?

The heaviest month of work: segmenting the list, writing the campaign end to end, building the landing page and setting up Meta. The first send is week three. If you would rather pay for month one after you have seen the draft, say so on the call.

Can I do one month and see how it goes?

No. Three-month initial term. At one month a campaign is a segmentation exercise with one batch out, and you would be judging it before it has done anything.

Can I start at AU$2,200 and add prospecting later?

Yes, from the following month. Nothing to re-sign. You can drop back down the same way.

What happens if the rebate program changes?

The schedule is published in advance and has already moved off-pattern once. If the program were pulled, your past customers would still be the cheapest people you can sell anything to. And you are on 30 days' notice, so you never hold a retainer for a window that has closed.
