What we collect, and what happens to it.

Very little, and none of it is sold.

Who we are

Heysen Media. To ask about anything on this page, or to have your details deleted, email info@heysenmedia.com.

What we collect

• From the calculator, only if you ask for the breakdown: your email address and the three numbers you typed (past customers, average job value, conversion rate). Nothing is sent until you press the button.
• If you email us: your address and whatever you write.

The calculator does its sums in your browser. Without the button, nothing you type leaves it.

Why

To send you the breakdown and to reply if you write back. Nothing else. You are not added to a list or a newsletter.

How it is sent

The breakdown goes out through Resend, an email service. Resend and its servers are outside Australia, so your address passes through them. We have no database. We do not keep a list of calculator users, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies. We have not chosen an analytics tool yet. If one is added, it will be cookieless and will not follow you from site to site.

Our clients' customer lists

A client's customer list is handled under the client agreement. We hold a working copy to run the campaign and delete it when the contract ends. Seehow we work.

Deleting your details

Email us and ask. We delete what we hold about you and tell you when it is done.
